Nutritional tip for children aged 4-6 years

Give fussy eaters simple food that is easy and fun to eat. Wholemeal toast soldiers, vegetable and fruit ‘dippers’ to dunk into interesting dips, cubes of cheese and small pots of yoghurt are good options.
