Nutritional tip for children aged 10-12 years

Make sure healthy foods are available such as fresh fruit, yoghurt, wholemeal toast, and nuts. If it’s difficult to get your child to eat enough healthy foods then you could consider a multivitamin supplement which can help support a healthy immune system.
